Sophisticated investors can be anyone that deals through a broker.
They can be rich or poor, intelligent or as dumb as a plank.
If you think someone is going to end up with 50 million shares with the current volume they would have to be 10 years old and hope to get their 50 million by the time they are retiring age.
There is no way that one identity is doing all the trading. IMHO
If Management were replaced tomorrow the SP would go past 10c by the end of the day . All of course in my humble opinion.
