This is the main problem IMHO.

Transport of 2-5mtpa is probably feasible, but to expand to 10-20mtpa is probably in issue with current logistics. They may have the largest deposit but if they can only get 5mtpa out then they are no better than the other major players which have easier routes to market. 

And if Nigel thought the 5mtpa scale is the sweet spot then why continue stepout drilling from the first JORC??

So now they have an 80 yr mine instead of a 50 yr mine.  Seems like a performance share grab at shareholders expense if you ask me.
