    Why would "the Angolans" bring all their assets to their table and then buy CVI for 66 cents or $1 or $2 etc.

    If they are smart, and do want CVI for some wild reason, they can bring their assets to their table and buy CVI tomorrow for 25 cents.

    It seems MS has mentioned these plans to so many people and each explanation seems to have a different slant.
