Building a road from China to Thailand. There may be a few houses, suburbs, towns, new cities built along that road. It might be a fairly long road. That infrastructure may need access to fresh water. There might be a lot of water treatment required. That growing middle class in China might demand nothing less than a decently 1st world standard connection of water supply and infrastructure. Just IMHO.
