I made a request to the company for a copy of the registry. They are legally required to give me a copy as a shareholder within 7 days. Whilst they provided a top 1000 list they failed to give me the registry as requested in the timeframe required. So this company has blatantly breached the corps act. I most likley will have to make a complaint. Really disrespectful. Usually companies comply with this request no problem. I mean whats the downside. Has anyone else had this issue?

None the less I will persist and let you know but how can I trust a company like this is acting in the best interest of shareholders when they will go as far as breaking the law rather than respond to a simple request. I kind of think now Hoyland may be correct.

Maybe if you have time flick them an email and request a copy or ask them anything and see if they respond.

I'm changing my sentiment to none until I resolve this issue.
