The moderators would be onto it in a jiffy, so its not going to happen.
Another scenario:
If someone promotes or tips a stock the own, it means its already seen its best days.
The good stocks, one usually keeps to themselves for as long as possible.
(A fisherman keeps his best fishing spots to himself)
