    Order is insignificant imo, when assessed against the thousands of sales that the company suckered many investors into believing were just around the corner.  That was around two years ago now, most partners have zero sales in that time, the Chinese are actively and preferentially using their own companies to treat waste water in rural areas, Fluence is scraping for crumbs, any crumbs.
