I think you are spot on mate. CS always said supply would be closely in line with demand. M1 hasn’t had the take up we would all like and from last report has plenty of space available. So why announce a new build in Melbourne?? Our management have done an outstanding job taking NXT from a virtual start up to plus 2 billion and I will continue to back them until something tells me otherwise. Sp’s fluctuate, it’s tgd nature of the beast. There is a reason we have a few super funds on our shareholder registry. They have a long term view as do I. As CS says, it’s only just begun. Gltah
