ann out re imf litigaition, page-22

Just the standard announcement to say they have filed claim which was for $100m at 30/4/2008 yet they reckon it has now changed materially. Guess these types of announcements are another form of self promotion disguiesd as disclosure. Find it hard to believe maximum claim was $100m at 30/4/2008 yet now materially different??
Eventually may hit the courts in 3-4 years(LOL)!
Trading behaviour today was based on false expectations from traders not being met & also some would have been playing T+3 & may have loaded up a few days ago only to sell out. Sometimes these situations take a few days to settle but hard in CNP with so many screen jockeys chasing the red/green movements. Hopefully a few will move on & let the CNP be more reflective of long term players.
