    I'm joining you in my second glass of red now.

    MY view of the news of litigation is that it certainly has to be the most stupid timing for this announcement. Certainly were it myself handling such a case, I would have waited for CNP to get back on its feet rather than trying to cut them off at the knees at such a pivotal point.
