Hmmm ... worth remembering Howard is not a statesman nor has had a single good idea ... simply 'me-tooed' US neo-con ideologies after Keating lost favour with the electorate. The only exception worth recognition is Clinton's conservative policy to exinguish public debt which Bush abandoned immediately on becoming president.
