I do feel sorry for you girls and guys, and I did not come down on a recent shower.
It is ANZ management duty to protect ANZ shareholders, moi included.
ANZ will fight any legal challenge to its right to dispose of the securitised shares., and I as a shareholder support them.
The price rose today reasonably well coming out of a subprime crisis.
I would watch the ANZ price. If it keeps on going up, look elsewhere for a litigation target.
So far in litigation its 1 to 0 for ANZ
