I think I may have misunderstood this, given they've also freed BHD from defeating conditions, despite not having 50%.
From the JBL update since this announcement :
"JBL has been advised by its Share Registry this morning that it now has a relevant interest in 53.51% of HML"
So they have had some decent withdrawals, however I'm not sure that anyone else can withdraw as there was a 1 month deadline after receipt of the supplementary bidders statement. I guess it depends on what is defined as receipt of the statement, the date it was announced to the ASX or the date the physical copy was received. Anyone know?
