    Concur. Have no idea why the market was so disappointed on Friday. The fundamentals are there including management rights not on the balance sheet. Re experts in hindsight, as GR said nobody complains when everything is going up. Very difficult to prove when its still very much alive. What bothers me is why is Merrill Lynch writing 'em off?
