Elon Musk gets something spectacularly wrong, page-2

Musk later apologized, but his remarks against Unsworth continued. In emails to BuzzFeed in August, Musk said Unsworth was a “child rapist” who had moved to Thailand for a 12-year-old bride."

Sounds like rather specific defamation to me.  His lawyers are trying to argue it was merely opinion and that 'reasonable readers' would be able to tell the difference.

So lets have an informal HC poll, what do you guys reckon, defamation or mere opinion?
