The next quarterly GSK report is due around the 23 July 2008.

The near term events likely to shape BTA share price are:
1) Any Announcements on the products in research such as new contracts; collaboration with partners;results of trials and so on;

2) Court directed mediation is to commence from 16 May and to be completed by 31 July. I will be pleasantly surprised if there is any outcome from the forced mediation (one of many!)

3)Quarterly Relenza sales

4) Commencement of court hearing scheduled for 4 August. I will not be surprised if there is a settlement in the dying hours before court hearing!
