    I thought the Shell attempted takeover of WPL was more like $13.00 (still extremely cheap). I agree with you re not wanting to be in a cheap takeover target. I got bought out of Excel Coal (my first ever near 5 bagger - bought in at $2 immediately after the IPO) via the Peabody scheme of arrangement 18 months ago for $9.50, a price that was extremely cheap given where coal prices have gone since then.
