    Alpha

Good point and you could be 100% correct.

I did believe that if CS got on the board...we would get the financials out relatively quickly...well he did...he got them out in a few weeks...not a bad effort when the previous board were already 2-3 months over the due date and still scratching their heads.

I did believe they would relist after the financials....got that one wrong and know why now...ASIC would not let them even if they wanted...they look like they are in breach of the corporation Act.

I believed if Chris Scott got onto the board, he would eventualy change the whole board, cut costs thin down the operation.

    He has done this.

    Alpha.....I have to be honest.

1: There is no proof of any link between Chris Scott and Wellington Capitol.

2: As we do not know what the OCV is faced with legally / creditor wise and all the issues....we do not know if there was any other option for OCV but to get Wellington to take on this option.

Seriously....you have stated its an asset. Is it really? I call it a liability. Its going backwards, OCV is losing on it...OCV probably cant even sell it now as the RBOS and creditors would jump in.

What other option did OCV have? Do you know? If so..please tell us. I have seen your argument and its a good one but as we dont have all the information or another solution which you know 100% would work (keep in mind RBOS / creditors / ASIC)...how can we hassle the Wellington move?

3: 25 other offer were supposedly in front of the OCV board.

Is this true? I have heard of none.just some postings on here. However...no proof...nothing.

4: While you are concerned with OCV giving away a free option on the manageed funds OCV arm.....you are neglecting one major point in your concerns.

    This is...THE BIG PICTURE.

OCV my friend may be honestly a couple of weeks away from the firing squad...maybe 2 months.

Personally...I give them a 10% chance of getting through this.

If the OCV board can make a company out of OCV, get it relisted...build it up and return some shareholder value.....then Chris Scott and the new OCV board are white knights.

Our chances though are probably very slim.

So...you focussing on the managed funds arm is quite futile. You dont have all the information that OCV has in terms of people on their back and also....it may have been the only option to them.

Very happy to be proven wrong if Tuart can prove these 25 other offers OCV supposedly had in relation to the managed funs arm and also proof that these options could actually materialze based on the cornered position OCV find themself in with respect to being hounded by ASIC and the creditors.

I know you are angry about all this wellington stuff...but I really think you are missing the big picture....even if you are right about it....you could be wasting your breath...OCV probably will not exist soon...and this wellington stuff is almost irellevant in my opinion.

Challenger wants $100 million. RBOS, $184 Million. NAB how much? AXS...how much?

Its great to sit here and fire bullets at Chris Scott who jumped in to save his arse and ours...probably because his has 30 million times as many shares as us....but come on man.......give the guy a chance.

6-8 weeks into his job and you guys want his head on a stick. You say he is linked to Wellington. Where is the proof. You say backhand deal? How so? Where is the proof?

You guys have to back up your arguments and put it on the line if you really believe this is the case but all the forum is seeing is conspiricay theories.

you're right about me though. I have been wrong a couple of times on OCV...hope got in the way.

However....I am still thankful someone with 42 million OCV shares is on the board trying to get his shares back to break even point...$5. And the chance of that? I wont even guess....its just too funny.

We have to give OCV a chance for a couple of months.

Ease up. Give them a go. Just 2 months my friend.
