Overall this is great news, Stage 2 commitment and $50Mill cash from Ganfeng one of the worlds largest Li conversion companies.

Ganfeng have already committed to 160,000t per year of stage 1 and now an additional 150,000t per year of stage 2, once stage 2 is running this means a total of 310,000t per year at an approx revinue of $350,000,000.00 Aus 'per year' for us. (pending Li Spod prices ~$800/t and Aus dollar rates 0.71)

This estimated $350 Million from Ganfeng each year is only approx 36% of our Li Spod stage 1+2 income excluding the Tantalum.

Ganfeng is one of our major customers and it's good to see they have a vested interest in PLS succeeding as ~8% - 9% shareholders as well. This has a lot of advantages as they won't wish to see PLS paying any high interest rates to banks on any loans either, eg it helps to have large cashed up customers wanting our product and vested as well. Ganfeng already have their own Lithium HydroxIde commitments to BMW and Tesla they will desire a quick stage 2 timeline too.
With this ramp up in commitment stage 1,2 and talk of 3, it also shows if stage 1 is above capacity then they will be keen to buy the Li Spod too.


This $50 Mill can quickly go towards speeding up the stage 2 long leadtime items, already underway, to keep stage 2 on track or earlier, timing is everything.
