I will reiterate I am not a disgruntled employee. I have never been on the register but the time will come possibly after they downgrade again and raise more capital....

yes old management is too blame re 5th st.
farms are selling in Mildura. So why hasn't 5th st sold? it's pretty simple it's not worth the 10m it's held on the books at.
surely you know the place needs drains. well known fact. I'm pretty sure their are a fair few blocks coming on 25 years old. passed their peak..
I'm still waiting for an announcement regarding how many new contracts they've signed with this new grower program.
