Well, USMCA if you want to be technical about it.
So- the money that is now owned by the USA from normal trading with Mexico and Canada is now apparently going to be earmarked for The Wall. Money that will come from the bank accounts of the USA.
So given that, tell me how that means that Mexico is paying for the wall?
