In defence of Henry, yes there may have been more optimism than met with realisation, but his achievements over the last 18 months have been enormous, and yes he has earned his pay.  From a standing start he has amalgamated 2 cultures including 270 RSL Water employees in 10 countries to transform to adding Emfcy products to their armoury, quite an achievement in itself.
