I agree. Bit of a hard one.
You have orders worth millions, you have set a price, but ANZ still holds your shares acquired under duress.
Do you make an announcement or hold off?

The guys at SLA are decent and honest corporate citizens but they are in a spot. Do you play by the rules or ignore the rules as have the other guys?

Hard call.

I would make the announcement and put the pain back on the guys who have not played by the rules. Grab the moral high ground.
