I think his paraphrasing was accurate. Synlait get right if first offer for additional volumes - i.e give us the product or we go elsewhere. What is Synlait going to do if they can’t stump up with the goods? [Synlait] “hey a2, we are exercising our right of first offer for the additional IF volumes” [a2] “Great, we’ll take an additional 5k MT please”. [Synlait] “ummm we can’t make it - we don’t have the supply”. [a2] “Cool story bro”. ..... 1min later a2 picks up the phone..... ring ring...... “oh hi Fonterra- time to fire up the spray dryers”.
