Harsh MSI.It's not just a matter of filling in a form. A patent specification is required to fully describe the invention in a way that a worker in the technology can reproduce the invention. Drafting a patent specification for one invention can involve a lot of work, so a specification for a number of inventions is proportionately complex. The fact that this has only been filed recently indicates that PvdM has been spending a lot of time on this project over recent months.
Patents are an essential asset in this and many other industries.
It is imperative that we get the patents filed before we disclose the invention.
Even if a major manufacturing country were to purloin our invention, having a patent in US & EU will help protect our market in those countries.
