Nothing is known about 225's resistance. There could be issues, nobody knows, so it doesn't make BIT225 a no brainer at all. Long term use of ART is not the preferred option, it is the only option. A cure strategy is what is needed and that is where this is headed. A lot more water to flow under the bridge before a lasting cure is found.
