There are two components to the deal. In so far as my interpretation and based on the Audited Accounts in the Annual Report being the bible if you like is that the 31st of December or which ever comes first thesis was in relationship to the funding being obtained. In this case that also was open and subject to both parties mutually agreeing to an extension.
Having said that and from a legal point of view , it may be the case that the funding condition is the overriding precedent. However , I still see the option - option as being just that . A separate ' option ' for SKI to become a major stakeholder in AUZ......
