There is a slight difference to having a dairy farm and an A2 pure dairy herd as a certain company found out recently when they tried to source A2 supply from NZ, so maybe instead of relying on semantics rely on what can be achieved!

And for a few thoughts, ah this is fun when A2 holders get so upset and yes I am one, from listing and a dairy farmer in Aus so may know one or two things to.

In Australia FNP(through their affiliate companies and the Perich family) could and have the capacity in place at the moment to meet the milk supply requirements(they supply a large portion of the A2 milk to A2m in Smeaton Grange). It would hurt A2m massively if they ever decided to utilise this capacity once the current supply agreement with A2 runs out.

People on here seem to like the fact that A2m is just a marketing company without manufacturing facilities or suppliers, at the end of the day they are solely reliant on those contracts being fullfilled and renewed. Just imagine a dispute with bright dairy and they wished to supply A2 formula to China, buy Synlait out and A2m is virtually worthless if they ceased the contract, could Bright do it not a problem in the world.
