Can they now, considering they do not own the actual herds it is not quite as easy as you make out. Will they be willing to subsidise the farmer who they wish to buy the cows from another farmer the price difference and how will they compensate the farmer they choose not to build his herd into an A2 herd. If Nestle could have achieved it they would have done it, Fonterra pay a poor farm gate price.
As for someone who looked into it a few years back for us it is not as easy as you think as I said read a bit from Keith.
As for the herd testing that actual patent has expired and it is now open for all companies to do it, but I am sure you will argue that one, maybe check with A2m.
