Agree. I guess they have been on the back foot so much recently, although there must be a renewed sense of confidence at Centro HQ given the magnitude of what they achieved.

I think the long-term investors are able to step back from the day-to-day and objectively analyse what is going on. At the end of the day, the fundamentals really haven't changed significantly since Wednesday last week when the TH started.

We're long termers. We felt good about the stock early last week and with an extension to Dec 15th on the Aus debt, we feel even better about it now.
