I have to ask "are you still of the opinion that FAR is the vehicle?" Because I am !

For those who are not up the curve on the "FAR being the vehicle theory" it alludes to the theory that FAR could be part of Senegals overall plan to get what they really want. That is when FAR win the right to PE they could be used to introduce another major for COP's 35%, one that is a better positioned than WPL to not just look after their own interests but one who is better positioned to look after Senegals overall interests as well.

When this theory was first mooted on HC over two years ago there were many that were in TOTAL agreement with this theory. But now I'm not so sure opinion could have changed nationalities to now be more in line with the "egg foo young theory" on how to unscamble eggs.
