I hope you are correct、was playing with the sell side today and noticed there is at least one algorithm trading program targeting it.
Placed sell order and saw a 3000 orders worth straight after mine in the placement order, cancelled the order and the bot disappeared, did it a few time and the bot appeared and disappeared each time according to my action.
Someone is wanting to manipulate it, the global concern is yielding more opportunities than MWR, the liquidity is just not there to make it worth while for short term traders.
