If you look at the announcement for the capital raise it states that the funds are for the completion of design, construction and launch of the pearls. Thats on the FIRST page, so you can manage that.

Your post implys that the company has made the money dissapear fraudulently. When it is obvious from reports where the money has gone and that the money has gone towards what it was raised for, as stated on the 1st page.

Look at the bigger picture, from the start the company has always said they need a significantly larger amount of money to realise the full constellation. The money raised last year was a small proportion of said money and it appears that it may not be enough to realise the first 20 pearls. The company was always going to need more money beyond the first twenty regardless and they have not decieved anyone in that fact. Would it have come from a CR regardless, probably likely.
