Your post implys that the company has made the money dissapear fraudulently. When it is obvious from reports where the money has gone and that the money has gone towards what it was raised for, as stated on the 1st page.

Look at the bigger picture, from the start the company has always said they need a significantly larger amount of money to realise the full constellation. The money raised last year was a small proportion of said money and it appears that it may not be enough to realise the first 20 pearls. The company was always going to need more money beyond the first twenty regardless and they have not decieved anyone in that fact. Would it have come from a CR regardless, probably likely.

Exactly my point. The Pearls have not been launched. In fact they havent even been built because they couldn't pay their bills with Gomspace.

Like I said the SAS fanboys always go into denial and try to overlook the obvious.
