because the options are not listed anywhere in the 3b, nor are the hundreds of millions of shares added to the register, that's why people are claiming they've expired. My bet is they've renegotiated something as I still believe Sconi will be mined and SKI will get their nickel and Cobalt.its just going to take time...
i would like to see more transparency from the company though, just be open an honest about it!
