tend to agree that "startup" directors would be better than large "corporate" directors.
The difficulties faced by a growing small company are vastly different to those of a large corporate with solid cashflows, profits etc.
Raising cash for acquisitions or growth is a different competency in micro caps than it is in mid or large caps with stronger balance sheets.
Some entrepreneurial spirit and risks will still need to be taken by ETE for it to grow and directors should preferably in my view have that sort of background, with good Oil and Gas experience.
Micro caps with "big names" as directors have often not been that successful.
From what I understand, they have cast the net fairly wide.
