there is little value in grandstanding an 100% offtake to SK if they are not willing to invest in AUZ themselves and contribute towards capex to get the project into gear. It leaves no incentive on the table for another potential suitor who may also be interested in the projects raw materials.
TON is a classic example - ask their shareholders what they think of their bells and whistles $2B 20 year offtake in 2015 and subsequent vanilla offtakes in 2018.
