I would have thought that the KLA - NML connection is from when KLA owned Stawell and KLA had hoped that NML would quickly find some mill feed? Based on the 2018 annual the KLA stake is worth ~$2M. Since KLA are going well they can leave this stake in the bottom draw and still have a say if NML define a significant resource.
There may well be some games being played with the SP but NML have been slow to move things from a collection of drill intercepts to a demonstrated resource. IMO NML need to show that there is something that can be dug up at a profit. That being said I am still bullish on the potential about Ararat.
