I was not expecting any announcements (and certainly not this one) for another 2 to 3 weeks. Luckily I had my order at 6.3c filled on 31st December. Sure I could have got it a few bits of a cent cheaper if I had waited, but I work on the theory that if something looks cheap long term its not worth haggling about those last couple of pips.
