Now just say you were a company looking for a decent acquisition.Why would you be buying this company when it has already sold most of its gold to an "offtaker"
The offtake agreement would appear to be the proverbial poison pill.
It doesn't look like this company is going to be taken over.Not in the normal sense anyway.
It does look like it has been taken over though,by special interests.
