What I heard was that it was well under way in November. Not starting in 2019 No dead line was mentioned. At the AGM that I attended I was given the impression that they were very confident of going lower but were taking it one step at a time and getting to 28nm and 300mm was the priority.
You stated they haven't even started yet. Which is contrary to the information that what was presented at the meeting
