You're ignoring the simple reality that heresay is only of possible relevance where a fact is in dispute. Point to me what the fact is that is in dispute? .
Nobody denies that the $1 amount was dismissed without explanation. Nor that we are still in the dark over likely revenue.
It's simply not in dispute.
