I am afraid that if EL was a CEO of POE/CVN jv, the company would not drill a single hole being scared of tax just in case the well flows.
Six years ago I had to sack the administrator who was so careful and pessimistic that he few times suggested to close down my company. Well, after he left we grew three folds in five years. I am in CVN from 11c and somehow I am still optimistic.
