The use of bio fuel is on an exponential increase. Peak oil will continue the demand for crops which need fertiliser to not only supply bio fuel but to also supply crops for the world population growth. One of the massive changes in the balance of agricultural supply is the massive changes occurring in China, where they are building million plus cities over previously producing agricultural lands and the farmers are being forced to move into the cities where the cultural impact is historically significant. The increase in the westernisation of China means less farm lands, less farmers, more cars, more demand for fuel etc. Peak oil and the change to bio fuel is ne of the most significant changes in energy demand and supply......fertiliser IS the new commodity which will exponentially be in demand year after year after year as the world struggles to feed the burgeoning population.
Mantle is well positioned to be a short term and long term provider of phosphate as a result of the rapidly changing world demands for food and energy.
The same goes for uranium but the difference is that the supply is restricted by Australian Government policy whereas the sale of Mantle's phosphate when it is proved up and the resource is identified .....dollars in the bank for MNM and shareholders at the time....
