I agree that ANZ if pressed will have no qualms about dumping their stake in SLA to meet a deadline - but I really don't think they will be "selling SLA down to a few cents", that's a ridiculous scenario. Even if this scenario were to play out, all the better for holders to accumulate more at those prices.

At "a few cents", ANZ's stake would be worth only a couple of million dollars. That's ridiculous - much better to sell to Solamind or Leo Khouri etc for a better price. ANZ has done it with other stocks and I'm sure the only reason it hasn't been announced yet with Solamind is price negotiation.
