Every country is the same . i have two ancedotes for you all 1) if theres no crime the police will be out of a job ... hence turning a blind eye = job security. 2) if a cop is really good at his job he will accumulate enemies.... he will live in fear for the rest of his life after retirement. simply because criminals do get aquitted for lack of evidence and prisoners do get released from prison .........so the fact is "corruption" will always be there.
