in the long term this is a winner and its market cap is still tinyin the short term the $2m roughly of cash wont last long so a cap raising is def needed
the quicker they get this over and done with the better in the short term for the share price
i think some are sensing it is very near however i think if your in the long term I would leave some dough to participate if its at a discount
