Where is the evidence that shows that the hadrian X is capable to build? Even indoor?

This video is obviously highly edited and it only shows a mechanical arm stacking blocks. There is no evidence that the machine is automated at all. As far as anyone is concern there could be a person operating the machine. The blocks themselves also are only stacked with no cement or anything to bond them together. Everything is done under a very controlled environment...no evidence as for the speed, automation, capability to adjust for any given dynamic variables, etc...
I am astounded that anyone could place so much hope having watched that video. A mechanical arm stacking what looks like cinder blocks....wow....
