Could very well be onto something, these guys are willing to invest 26million on the project. This is no short change and they will want to see a good return on the risk they are taking. This can be achieved by limiting dilution. They would have done their due diligence on this before providing any funding.
26million from Lind, possibly another 60million from Pacific and we have expansion capital with a little more debt???
Never know what can happen. Just putting that scenario out there as there was never a real reason given for Pacific walking away from first deal, maybe a little to risky at that time and they wanted to see another 18months of operation and stabilisation of balance sheet??
