There are some obvious differences.
1. website mentions september minimum. Chart by Tee47 is for Jan.
2. website mentions 30 years. Tee47 comments on last ten years.
3. the rhetoric is not matching the data. OR If you want to give them the benefit of the doubt, then the rhetoric is not keeping up with the data.
